Govt identifies many properties bought with ill-gotten money in UAE, UK, Switzerland: Iftikhar

Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Media Iftikhar Durrani says the government is taking austerity measures to reduce expenditures and uproot corruption from the country.
Talking to a private news channel, he said Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Accountability Shehzad Akbar has been given a task to identify all ill-gotten properties abroad and bring the looted money back to the country.
Iftikhar Durrani said many properties in UAE, UK and Switzerland have been identified which were bought with ill-gotten money.
He said after coming into power, the government has reduced one hundred forty million rupees expenses of Prime Minister House.
