The Pakistan Stock Exchange witnessed intense selling pressure on Tuesday with the benchmark KSE-100 index shedding more than 1,100 points in late afternoon trading.
The change amounted to a 2.69% contraction.
The day, which saw trading open at 41,367.11 had dropped to 40,255.29 (or 2.69%) by late afternoon — at 3:24pm.
