IHC adjourns case against Dr. Amjad till Feb 4

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Friday adjourned hearing of case till February 4, pertaining to the marriage dispute of Dr. Amjad, the close friend of former president Pervaiz Musharraf.
Justice Mohsin Akhter Kiyani of IHC heard the case filed by the alleged wife of Dr. Amjad, claiming expenditures from her husband.
The bench adjourned the case without hearing due to absence of petitioner’s counsel.
During previous hearing, the bench had directed the petitioner woman to produce any evidence, pictures or witnesses of her marriage with Dr. Amjad.
However, Dr. Amjad had denied the alleged marriage before the IHC.
