Traders protest and stage sit in front of Sindh Assembly for extension in Rangers powers

KARACHI: Karachi Traders held protest and took out rallies against Sindh Government for limiting the Rangers Powers. Traders also staged sit in front of Sindh Assembly. As per details, all Karachi Traders itihad, led by Chairman Ateeq Mir took out rally against Sindh Government, demanding to increase the Rangers powers. The protesters chanted slogans against government. The protestor also raised banners in favor of Rangers. Traffic was badly affected due to protest of traders. While addressing the rally, Ateeq Mir said that the efforts of establishing peace in Karachi will be damaged by limiting the powers of Rangers. Government want to save few corrupt people in Karachi. He added.
