Pakistan signs trade facilitation agreement of WTO

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan has signed an agreement for trade facilitation with the World Trade Organization. The decision was taken to sign agreement for enjoying the trade benefits and facilities of organization. As per details, WTO also has issued notification regarding the agreement of Pakistan. WTO stated that Pakistan would have to take effective steps to speed up its trade and clearance of products. Pakistan is also the first country in South Asia to sign the trade facilitation agreement while Pakistan also has signed international Transport of Goods agreement of UNO. Pakistan is the 51st country to have signed the agreement.
