*LAHORE - A petition has been moved against PML N leader Hamza Shahbaz Sharif in the Lahore High Court.*

*A petition seeking to remove barricades from the residence of Pakistan Muslim league-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shehbaz Sharif has been filed in LHC.*

The petition was submitted by advocate Azhar Siddqui on behalf on Muneer Ahmed. The government of Punjab, Home Secretary, and Director-General Lahore Development Authority (LDA) have also been named as respondents.

The petition stated that illegal barricades have been placed in a street behind the house of the Hamza Shehbaz in Judicial Colony area of Lahore.

Also a generator and a chicken pen have also placed on public property which is severe violation of the law, and is causing immense hardship to local residents.

It further stated that that illegal barricades and encroachments have been placed on the pretext of security to the Leader of Opposition in Punjab Assembly.

The petitioner said that the barricades are a violation of the constitution and are against the orders of the Supreme Court. The petitioner pleaded that the barriers should be from Hamza Shehbaz’s house.

The petition will be heard by Justice Ali Akber Qureshi.
