Industrial, technical cooperation an integral part of Pak-Turk relations: Minister

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Defense Production Zobaida Jalal said that defense industrial and technical cooperation is an integral part of Pakistan-Turkey strategic relationship.
She stated this during a called on meeting with Deputy Defence Ministe of Turkey, Mohsin Dere and Ambassador of Turkey, Ihsan Mustafa Yurdakul, said a press release issued here.
She appreciated the extent of defense cooperation between the two countries and emphasized the importance of continuation and expansion of strategic partnership between the two countries.
Minister also mentioned the formal induction of Fleet Tanker in Pakistan Navy which was built at Karachi Shipyard.
The minister also expressed satisfaction on the ongoing projects and highlighted the importance of China-Pakistan Economic Corridors (CPEC) and Gwadar to the Turkish authiorities.
