US, S. Korea affirms commitment to close coordination towards denuclearization

The United States and South Korea have affirmed their commitment to close coordination towards denuclearization.
According to a statement issued by U.S. State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo met with South Korean Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon in Washington and discussed issues related to Korean Peninsula.
Speaking about denuclearization of Korean Peninsula, Nauert said we have a long way to go but Washington believe in giving diplomacy a chance.
