PR adds 1248 passenger coaches during last four years

LAHORE:Pakistan Railways has added one thousand two hundred and forty eight passenger coaches during the last four years.
Official in the Ministry of Railways told APP that the position has been substantially improved as tangible steps have been taken by the present government through allocation of additional funds for repair and up-gradation of coaches.
He said the construction work of Bahawalpur railway station building is also in progress and it will be completed at a cost of 278 million rupees. APP/AFP
