Nation rejects protest call of opposition: FM

Foreign Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif says the nation has rejected the protest call of the opposition.
In an interview, he said the opposition has already tested such tactics in the past but failed to achieve its goals.
Khawaja Asif said the nation has rendered commendable sacrifices to restore democracy in the country.
He said general elections will be held on time this year.
