Defensive embankments on Kabul river to protect from flood devastations: Khattak

Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak says construction work of defensive embankments on river Kabul has been expedited to protect precious lives and properties from floods devastations.
Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar, he said tube wells are being converted on solar energy to help farmers irrigate their lands in time.
The Chief Minister issued directives to ensure high standard and transparency in all developmental projects.
