PTI government brings Bill on Rights of People with disabilities

ISLAMABAD - Minister for Human Rights Dr. Shireen Mazari has said that the bill to protect the rights of people with disabilities has been approved by cabinet which would be tabled in the Parliament in its next session.
In a statement, she said the issue of harassment faced by women with disabilities was a global issue. She said social mindset could be changed through awareness and Ministry of Human Rights was also working to create awareness among people about laws regarding people with disabilities.
