In an interview with British broadcasting agency, Nawaz Sharif has said that the JIT members were dead against him.
“The impression of my tussle with all army chiefs is not good. I was in good terms with some army chiefs,” he said.
The former prime minister was of the view that the country broke for not respecting the sanctity of the vote.
He said that he firmly believes in the rule of law.
However, he did not answer to the question about being sent to jail.
