LHC extends interim bail of Hamza Shahbaz till April 25

A Division Bench of Lahore High Court today extended interim bail of Hamza Shahbaz till 25th of this month in different cases
A Lahore High Court division bench today extended interim bail of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Hamza Shahbaz in assets beyond means, Saaf Pani and Ramzan Sugar Mills cases till 25th of this month.
During the proceedings, National Accountability Bureau's prosecutor told the bench that the bureau has filed a reply in the cases.
However, defence counsel argued that the Bureau has not provided clear copies of the reply.
He requested for time, saying that consultation is required with Hamza Shahbaz on the reply filed by the bureau.
The bench, after hearing the arguments, adjourned further hearing till April 25 while extending the interim bail of Hamza Shahbaz in the cases.
