Iraqi Prime Minister visits Saudi Arabia

Iraqi Prime Minister Abdul Mahdi who is in Saudi Arabia on his first official visit met Saudi King Salman bin Abdul Aziz in Riyadh.
The visit of Iraqi Prime Minister came after Riyadh reopened its consulate in Baghdad and announced one billion dollar aid for Iraq.
According to reports, the two oil-producing giants move towards closer diplomatic and economic ties after nearly three decades of uneasy relations.
