ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan has dismissed the appeals of three terrorists against the 14 years of imprisonment.
Heading the three-member bench, Justice Asif Saeed Khosa remarked that the link of the terrorists has been established to the banned TTP due to which technical shortcomings in the case would be ignored.
Remarking on the case, Justice Khosa said that forgiving the first mistake leads to the second one. This culture is rampant in Pakistan which needs to stop, he said.
The bench retained the penalty of fourteen years in jail by rejecting the appeal by Asif Sheraz, Haji Habeeb and Niazbeen
