Pakistan’s economic development in US best interest: Zaidi

Minster for Maritime Affairs Ali Zaidi says economic development in Pakistan is in the best interest of the United States.
In an interview with American Television ABC, he said it is not just to foster growth in both the countries but also to tap down extremism.
The Minister said it is a unique moment in time to capitalize on as Prime Minister Imran Khan is gaining trust globally as a credible leader.
He said Pakistan is a country where 65 percent of the population is below the age of 30. It is a land of opportunity.
Ali Zaidi said Pakistanis want long term peace and prosperity. He said economically, we must build this relationship based on economics. And that is going to be beneficial for both countries.
