Majority of foreign players ready to visit Pakistan for PSL playoffs

DUBAI - All foreign players of Peshawar Zalmi and Karachi Kings, except for Eoin Morgan, are ready to visit Lahore and Karachi for the eliminators and the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL).

Joe Denly, Tymal Mills, Collin Ingram, Ravi Bopara, Lendl Simmons, and David Weisse have agreed to travel to Pakistan.

English batsman Eoin Morgan will not be joining the kings for the knockout stages of the PSL due to some other commitments.

“Unfortunately, I’m unavailable for the Pakistan leg of [this] PSL. It’s been a very long winter for me. I have been away since December. I’ll go home to my family,” he said.

Moreover, several international cricketers of other franchises have also agreed to visit Pakistan.

The playoff matches will be played in Lahore on March 20 and 21 while the final will be held in Karachi on March 25.
