Rumours of Chinese Army unit’s presence in AJK are fabricated: Pak FO

ISLAMABAD: Pak Foreign Office Spokesperson Nafees Zikri strongly dined the presence of Chinese troops in AJK saying that he would not comment on US media reports.

 

As per details, he was addressing weekly press briefing in foreign office here at Thursday. He said that rumours of Chinese Army unit’s presence in AJK are fabricated.

 

Nafees Zikria added that Pakistan did not receive updates yet regarding the issue of Pakistani HC staff to watch Indo-Pak match on 19th March. He expressed his hope that Pakistani HC would be allowed to visit Kolkata for Indo-Pak match however Pakistan expressed its disappointment before Indian Deputy HC for not allowing HC staff to visit Indo-Pak match.

 

While condemning the bomb blast in secretariat bus he said that Pakistan is determined for the eradication of terrorism. The spokesperson also expressed his grief over the loss of precious lives.

 

Talking about the Pak-Saudi relations he stated that both countries has strong and historical relations. Date of Iranian President Visit to Pakistan has not been finalized yet.
