Indian issues visas for Pakistani investigation team probing Pathankot attack





ISLAMABAD: Pakistani investigation team has been given clearance by Indian authorities to visit India for probing in Pathankot terror attacks.

 

According to Indian media reports, visas have been issued to 6 member investigation team of Pakistan by Indian authorities for the investigation of Pathankot attacks

 

Sources claimed that Pakistani investigation team will leave for India in the last week of the current month however final date will be announced by the government after consultation between Pakistan High Commission and Foreign Ministry

 

Sources further added that it has not been decided yet by Indian authorities that either Pakistani investigation team is allowed to record Indian NSA statement and access to Pathankot airbase or not. 

 

National Investigation Agency made it clear that Indian authorities did not have any objection to give access to Pakistani team in Pathankot airbase, Indian media reports.
