Work on 1320MW coal based power plant underway at Thar Coal Field

ISLAMABAD: Work on 1320 megawatts coal based power plant costing two point six billion dollars is underway at Thar Coal Field.
It will start producing electricity later this year to cope with energy needs of the country.
Our Karachi correspondent Altaf Pirzado reports that projects is being carried out under Pak-China Economic Corridor.
