Three minor girls buried alive in a worst sandstorm in Thar

FORT ABBAS – Three minor girls were buried alive during a sandstorm in Chak 286/HR, Cholistan, Fort Abbas on Sunday.
Their ages are said to be between five and nine years.
A few days ago, Surriya, 9, had gone to see off her cousins at their ‘dera’ when they were trapped in the sandstorm and could reach their home.
A search operation with 250 bikes was launched in the area, but to no avail.
The bodies were traced by locals who informed the police.
