ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court judge Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan said on Monday that it was not binding on the apex court to accept the findings of the Joint Investigation Team.
The proceedings of the Panama case implementation were conducted during which the bench raised several questions regarding the JIT report that was submitted to the apex court last week.
"The allegations were of such a nature that they had to be investigated," remarked Justice Ijaz-ul-Hasan. "We don't want to waste the time and money of the public," he added.
