No organised presence of Daesh in Pakistan: Interior Minister

ISLAMABAD: Talking about the matter of Army Chief Extension, Ch. Nisar said that it is the personal decision of Army Chief so he did not want to comment on it.
It is the will of PM to give extension to Army Chief and government will take decision at the end of his tenure in this regard. He expressed hope that government will take decision on merit.
As per details, Ch. Nisar was addressing press conference in Texila here at Tuesday. He said that Daesh is a Middle- East organization which has its roots in North-Africa. Different terrorists outfits are using name of Daesh while an organized leadership of Daesh is not present in Pakistan.
The outlaws who have been detained by security forces from Karachi, Daska and Sindh, have affiliation with banned outfit.
He also lauded the role of Law Enforcement Agencies for the eradication of terrorism in country and said that the terrorists are fleeing due to the efforts of Pak Army and Intelligence agencies.
