Protection of rights of citizens main responsibility of state: CJP

Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosa says protection of rights of citizens is the main responsibility of the state.
Addressing to dinner ceremony of Supreme Court Bar held in his honor in Islamabad on Tuesday, he said that Pakistan is facing the challenges of economic and social difficulties.
He said the government has to think about an effective strategy to meet these challenges.
