Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement condemns ongoing arrest spree in IOK

In occupied Kashmir, Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement has said that its twenty-two activists have been arrested by Indian police in Central Kashmir in connection with sham Indian parliamentary elections.

A spokesman in a statement in Srinagar said that more than a dozen activists were detained by Indian police in North Kashmir, while five others were arrested under draconian Public Safety Act.

The spokesman said that shifting of pro-freedom and religious leaders outside the occupied territory is an undemocratic and inhuman act.
