*ISLAMABAD - Romania needs a workforce and the country has the potential to recruit as many as one million skilled and unskilled workers from around the globe, Romania’s ambassador to Pakistan told PM Imran Khan’s Special Assistant Zulfi Bukhari.*
According to the Press Information Department link, Nicolae Goia said that Romania can utilise the expertise of maximum numbers of skilled and unskilled labour from Pakistan.
The two officials agreed to chalk out a mechanism for safe and secure migration of Pakistani workers to Romania.
The ambassador told PM Khan’s special assistant that his country needs thousands of drivers, doctors, engineers, construction workers and IT specialists.
The current demand in Romania presents an unprecedented opportunity for Pakistan, he added.
