NAB DG summoned by IHC in a case of power misuse

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) Monday summoned National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Director General Col (R) Subha Sadiq to appear on May 4 in a case of alleged misuse of powers.
The IHC bench comprising Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Mohsan Akhtar Kiani heard the case filed by the 18 employees of Pakistan Housing Authority (PHA).
Khawar Ameer Bukhari, counsel for the petitioners, apprised the court that Sadiq had served as DG Land in PHA in 2014 and had now been trasferred as NAB DG.
Despite his transfer, he was intervening in affairs of PHA, he allegedd. (APP)
