Three injured in blast at petrol pump

MULTAN: Three people were injured after an alleged blast of a compressor installed at a petrol pump near Chungi Number 8.
According to Rescue 1122, the injured are identified as Hammad son of Tanvir, Mazhar son of Chaudhary Hussain, and Aamir son of Sajjad.
The Rescue 1122 shifted the injured to the Nishtar Hospital while an injured was stated to be
critical.
Police registered a case and also arrested the petrol pump owner, Atta, and Manager Zahid Baloch.
The district administration sealed petrol pump. Meanwhile, the deputy commissioner constituted a committee comprising Resecue 1122, Civil Defence and Counter Terrorism Department officers and directed them to submit a report within the next 24 hours.
