Talking to media at his residence, he said, the Kashmiri freedom fighters were fully protesting against Indian subjugation in the held valley, adding, sitting idle on this occasion would damage ongoing movement for the right to self-determination against Indian occupation.

He reiterated his resolve to highlight Kashmir issue at international fora irrespective of that he was member of the AJK Legislative Assembly or not.

Sultan Mahmood, who is scheduled to soon leave for New York to lead the demonstration, said, he would expose India before the world community during the protest rally.

This demonstration would be held not only against the Indian subjugation, but also put pressure on the top leadership to forcefully raise voice of Kashmiris in the UN General Assembly.

He said, Kashmiris in occupied Kashmir have announced one-week protest programme which reflects that they would not come under Indian pressure and they would continue their struggle against Indian atrocities.
