8 Pakistani sentenced in Dubai for forcing Pakistani girls into prostitution

DUBAI - Eight Pakistanis were sentenced to five years in jail over women trafficking
They trafficked three Pakistani teenagers into Dubai and forced them into prostitution, a local media outlet *reported link *on Sunday.
They were convicted by the Dubai Court of First Instance on Sunday over charges of human trafficking, sexual exploitation and running a prostitution den.
They are required to pay a fine of $5400 each and will be deported from the UAE after serving their sentences.
The seven men and one woman were apprehended by police after a raid in the Al Baraha area of Dubai.
The three girls, all 17-year-olds, were convinced by the woman to travel to Dubai.
