A real leader always takes U-turns, PM Imran Khan stirs a new debate

ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that a leader who does not take ‘U-turns’ as per the ground realities is not a real leader.
During an interaction with journalists at the PM House, the premiere, who is slammed for changing his stance abruptly, also tried to bolster his point through multiple examples.
‘We used to make a strategy and then step out into the field but if the opponent team formed a strategy against ours then we would have to change it,’ said the premier.
The prime minister consolidated his stance on the issue and asserted that Adolf Hitler and Napoleon Bonaparte suffered huge defeats and caused losses as they did not take U-turns.
“If you are walking and there is a wall in front of you, then you will have to change find another way,” said the 22nd premier as quoted by a journalist in attendance,
A leader who does not know how to take U-turns is not successful, he added.
