Supreme Court direction to Imran Khan

ISLAMABAD: (APP) The Supreme Court on Tuesday directed the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Secretary General PTI Jehagir Tareen to submit replies on applications submitted against them pertaining to allegations of ownership of offshore companies.
A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali heard the case filed by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz leader Hanif Abbasi against the PTI chief Imran Khan and PTI's Secretary General Jehangir Khan Tareen regarding the probe of panama papers.
During the course of proceedings, both respondents sought time to submit replies before the court. The court accepted the appeals of respondents and granted two weeks-time for submission of replies and adjourned hearing of the case.
