Raiwind blast: Funeral prayers of martyred policemen offered in Lahore

LAHORE:The funeral prayer of police officers and personnel who were martyred in suicide blast on Raiwind Road in Lahore has been offered.
Punjab Chief Minister Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif, Governor Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana, Corps Commander Lahore Lt. General Amir Riaz, DG Rangers, Inspector General Punjab Police Arif Nawaz, Mayor Lahore Mubashir Javaid and other high ranking officials participated in the funeral prayer held at Police Line Qila Gujjar Singh in Lahore.
Meanwhile, at its session today, the National Assembly offered fateha for the security officials and innocent civilians martyred in yesterday’s Lahore terrorist attack. APP/AFP
