"Solar Pakistan 2017": International Renewable Energy Conference kicks off in Pakistan

LAHORE: (APP) The sixth International Renewable Energy Exhibition & Conference "Solar Pakistan 2017" was inaugurated on Thursday with participation of more than 150 exhibitors from 15 countries.
The solar energy exhibition and conference focuses on the latest technologies in the field of renewable energy.
There are major participation from countries like China, Malaysia, Germany, India, Italy, Turkey, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and Canada.
The exhibition showcases the latest and state-of-the-art technology and equipment used in the solar industry.
Provincial Minister for Mines and Minerals Chaudhary Sher Ali Khan inaugurated the exhibition and, talking to the mediamen, said the event would showcase the latest innovations taking place in Pakistan's solar energy industry.
The Solar Pakistan 2017 provided a premium platform for all renewable energy stakeholders, government regulators, associations and academia to enhance business networking, knowledge sharing and build profitable relationships in the long run, the minister added.
The exhibition will continue till Saturday.
