ISLAMABAD: While giving his reaction on the verdict of SC to allow Musharraf leave for abroad, Khurshid Shah said that SC will be responsible in this regard if former president does not come back to Pakistan again.
As per details, he was talking to media outside parliament house here at Wednesday. He said that it seems that federal government does not have any objection in sending Pervaiz Musharraf out of country.
He further added that it seems that Prime Minister Nawaz consent is included to send Musharraf abroad because government was facing pressure in Musharraf matter.
Few forces in country are more powerful than Article 6 of constitution. He knew that Musharraf will leave for abroad on medical ground.
Government was facing pressure since the beginning of the Musharraf treason case and wanted to get rid of it by lapping the issue on judiciary. He claimed.
Nawaz Sharif was affected directly by the Marshal Law of Pervaiz Musarraf but he is himself maintaining silence then how other political parties could raise their voice in Musharraf treason case. Opposition leader stated.
