US - Russia agree on Syria peace process

MOSCOW: U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has said Washington and Moscow have reached a common understanding on the steps to get Syria's peace process back on track.
He said this after talks with his Russian counterpart Kerry in Moscow.
However, he said Russia and the United States still differed over the future of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
