Fake Bank Accounts case: Supreme Court issues detailed verdict

ISLAMABAD - Supreme Court has issued a detailed written judgment in fake bank accounts case ordering National Accountability Bureau to complete its investigation into the case in the light of JIT report.
The judgement, comprising twenty-five pages, has been written by Justice Ijazul Ahsan.
According to the judgment, all the JIT members will fully assist the National Accountability Bureau in carrying forward the investigation.
The JIT will continue investigation into the incomplete matters and present the report to the anti-corruption body.
The NAB has been directed to present its fifteen days investigation report before the Supreme Court which will be reviewed by implementation bench of the apex court to be constituted by the Chief Justice of Pakistan.
The judgement said the names of PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah be removed from the Exit Control List and NAB should continue its probe against them and others.
