Supreme Court adjourns hearing of Panama case till Tuesday

A five-member larger bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Asif Saeed Khosa today continued hearing of Panama case.
Makhdoom Ali Khan, the counsel of the Prime Minister, while submitting his arguments, said his client has not made any mis-statement or lie in his addresses to the National Assembly and the nation.
He said that Article 66 of the constitution gives freedom of speech to parliamentarians.
He said speeches made by the parliamentarians on the floor of the house are not liable to beraised at any court proceedings. He said only the parliament can waive this privilege.
The Supreme Court has now adjourned the hearing of Panama Paper case till tomorrow.
