Trump has confirmed to use emergency powers to build wall on the US border with Mexico.
He announced the plan after Congress refused to pay for wall in the bill.
Meanwhile, Senior Democrats has said that they would challenge the move in courts.
The declaration will give Trump access to billions of dollars for his project.
