He has put forth his bid, setting a reserve price at 850,000 South African Rand (R850,000). This move signals his eagerness to participate in the upcoming season of South Africa's premier T20 competition.
Accompanying Naseem Shah in this endeavor are four other skilled Pakistani cricketers. Shan Masood, Usama Mir, Mohammad Nawaz, and Usman Qadir have also entered their names in the auction. Shan Masood and Mohammad Nawaz, like Naseem Shah, have set their reserve prices at R850,000, while Usama Mir and Usman Qadir have opted for a reserve price of R425,000.
The much-anticipated auction is scheduled to take place on September 27 in Johannesburg. It promises to be a global affair, with 122 overseas players hailing from 14 different countries vying for a spot in the SA20 season 2. Following the successful inaugural season of SA20, the participating teams have already retained some of their key players.
