CJP Justice Saqib Nisar takes yet another suo moto notice in Punjab

ISLAMABAD - Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Mian Saqib Nisar has taken suo motu notice of the expensive healthcare facilities in private hospitals of Lahore.
The Chief Justice, hearing a case of public interest at the Supreme Court Lahore Registry today, summoned the owners of more than ten private hospitals to appear before the court tomorrow.
He also issued notices to the Secretary Health Punjab and Punjab Healthcare Commission in this regard.
