Lahore: The national team faces another setback as fast bowler Naseem Shah is ruled out of the Australia tour.
Following a shoulder injury, he is recovering rapidly but hasn't started bowling yet. Naseem Shah was advised a rest of six weeks, and after completing it, he has initiated light training sessions.
However, it will take more time before he starts bowling. The possibility of him being fit for the series against New Zealand is around fifty percent. Naseem Shah suffered an injury during the Asia Cup twenty years ago, and his absence in the World Cup was a significant loss for the Pakistan team.
