Gilani condemns NIA summons to various Hurriyat leaders

In Occupied Kashmir, the Chairman of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC), Syed Ali Gilani has condemned the summoning of various Hurriyat leaders including Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Naseem Gilani by India’s National Investigation Agency in the name of questioning.

Syed Ali Gilani in a statement in Srinagar said that more than a million Indian troops equipped with a deep investigative network were already in the territory and the Indian National Investigation Agency has added to miseries of the Kashmiri people to crush their peaceful voice.

Strongly condemning the NIA summons to Mirwaiz Umar Farooq and Syed Naseem Gilani, he said these acts of arrogance are only to fatten their vote bank.

The APHC Chairman said Kashmir dispute is globally recognized reality and such timid tactics can in no way demonize its importance.
