Pakistan's first ever E- Health Conference being held

ISLAMABAD (APP): The first ever e-Health Conference to promote Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) will be held in Rawalpindi on April 11.
The Conference, to be organized by Rawalpindi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (RCCI), aims to create awareness among masses about developing sustainable solutions in field of Healthcare.
Various IT industry leaders will attend the conference.
It is of no doubt that the ICT industry in Pakistan is expanding rapidly. In fact, its growth accounts for $ 2.8 billion in Pakistan's overall GDP. To acknowledge and appreciate the efforts of individuals and organizations thriving for greatness in technology sector, RCCI awards are organized on annual basis.
The E-Health categories will include Best Health Information System, Excellence in Mobile Healthcare, Public E-Health Solution Award, Healthcare Tech Innovation Award, Tech Implementation in Healthcare and Excellence in Healthcare Software Export.
