Waqar Younis speaks in favour of Shahid Khan Afridi over his controversial remarks in India 

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan cricket team Head Coach Waqar Younis said that Afridi did not give any controversial statement while his remarks are being presented out of context by media.

 

As per details, he was addressing press conference in Kolkata here at Tuesday. While speaking in favour of Afridi over his controversial statement he said that Afridi is proud of Pakistan and critics should stop stirring up trouble.

 

Talking about the match between Pakistan and Bangladesh he said that Bangladesh cricket team is playing good cricket so we will have to hard work to defeat Bangladeshi team.

 

Shahid Afridi was out of sort that’s why he did not take part in practice session while he will be available for match which is going to be held on March 16.

 

It is also worthy to mention here that Shahid Afridi had said in his press conference in India that he had been loved by Indians crowd more than crowd back home in Pakistan.
