ISLAMABAD: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa says armed forces with the cooperation of nation will defeat the inimical forces and will remain undeterred.
He said this during his visit to Quetta where he attended funeral prayer of Balochistan Awami Party leader Shaheed Siraj Raisani.
He met with the bereaved family and said Pakistan lost a diehard brave patriot Pakistani who shall be remembered for his commitment and contributions for the country.
Later, the Chief of Army Staff also visited CMH Quetta and inquired about the health of those injured in Mastung blast.
He expressed his deepest empathy with all bereaved families and said that we haven’t yet reached destination of complete peace but near its achievement.
The Army Chief said that as a nation we have stood up to the challenges of terrorism and extremism.
