Mother of Kamran Akmal laid to rest

LAHORE: Mother of test cricketers, Kamran Akmal, Omer Akmal and Adnan Akmal was laid to rest in a local graveyard here.
She died here on Friday morning after a protracted illness. Her three sons, Kamran, Omer and Adnan were a rare example of brothers having the honour of representing Pakistan in test cricket.
Both Kamran and Adnan were in Multan stadium ground for their ongoing National T20 Cup matches when their mother passed away.
Meanwhile, a number of former test cricketers and members of the national cricket team, international and local cricketers and organizers and club presidents have condoled over the death of the mother of Akmal bothers and expressed their heart-felt sympathies with the members of the bereaved family.
Akmal brothers have requested people to pray for the departed soul.
