Govt devises strategy to tap potential int'l markets: Dawood

Advisor to Prime Minister on Commerce, Textile and Industries Abdul Razak Dawood says the government has devised a comprehensive strategy to tap potential international markets.

Addressing a conference on “Emerging Pakistan“ in Islamabad, he said the government wants to get market excess in China, Japan, Indonesia and South Korea to increase the country's exports for narrowing down the trade gap.

The Adviser said the government is evolving an industrial policy to give incentives to industrial sector for increasing exports. He said separate policies would be drafted for each industry.
