The incumbent government is much devoted in bringing internal stability and economic development. It is need of the hour that the government should pay utmost attention to foreign policy because it is the area where a new approach is required in order to improve bilateral relations with other countries.

The friend countries of Pakistan have also been supporting the government in its economic development. I am hopeful that due to its prudent economic policies the government will manage to overcome economic crises in near future. Foreign Direct Investment is vital for economic development.
Pakistan-US relations have seen many ups and downs in the past. The US administration always urged Pakistan to play its role for peace and stability in Afghanistan despite knowing the fact that Pakistan has always worked for regional peace and stability.
For the first time that Pakistan will not be the part of any war in future. United States has changed its attitude to some extent towards Pakistan and requested the government to play its role in bring Afghan Taliban on negotiating table. Pakistan could facilitate the negotiations but will never compromise its national interests.
Another achievement of the government is the opening of Kartarpur borer that has been appreciated by the Sikh community from all over the world. The foreign policy of Pakistan is going in right direction. Pakistan’s important geographical importance can never been ignored.
